Its Technology Strategy & Transformation practice helps organisations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. The team brings in-depth knowledge from working on some of the most complex IT challenges globally, covering IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, and IT M&A. This entry-level position is based in Geneva or Zurich and offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest organisations in Switzerland and worldwide.
Work in a client-facing role on projects across key industries, such as advising a world-leading bank on establishing the largest European wealth management platform or developing commercial strategies for global companies. Collaborate with customers and experienced colleagues to tackle challenging problems and develop solutions. Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations. Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects to address major IT organisational challenges.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering with strong exposure to IT topics. Relevant internships or work experience within IT Consulting or an IT department of a global company is required. A passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends (Agile Methodology, Robotics, Cloud, etc.) is expected. Fluency in English and German and/or French is required; additional languages are a plus. Candidates must be willing to travel regularly, work methodically, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and bring fresh perspectives to a fast-paced environment.
