Elize Partners is a Swiss-headquartered talent solutions business. Following the success of their latest trainee hires, they are looking for one more Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Zurich. The role is designed to provide a solid grounding in recruitment before progressing into a full 360 consultant position.
Initially focus on the candidate side of the role, building a professional network, learning the specialist market, speaking with candidates, and managing recruitment processes from initial conversations through to placement. As skills develop, take on increasing responsibility for client relationships and new business development, with the aim of running an independent desk.
No previous recruitment experience required. Candidates should be ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are key. Fluent German is essential for this role.
