In Switzerland, EY's EY-Parthenon (EY-P) practice within the Financial Services sector offers strategic consulting services through its Strategy & Transaction Execution Team. The team supports clients across banking, wealth & asset management, and insurance through corporate strategy, business model design, target operating model design, M&A integrations, separations, and transformations. EY-Parthenon works cross-functionally with C-level executives throughout the entire strategy and transaction cycle, enabling clients to be sustainably successful. Working closely with C-level executives in the financial sector to address strategic challenges. Structuring and analysing complex business problems. Conducting primary and secondary research. Creating financial models to assess strategic impacts. Communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Active involvement in project acquisitions and publications. Contributing to team and community building. Supporting clients through agile transformation processes and across the full M&A lifecycle. Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics, or Natural Sciences with outstanding academic performance. Availability for a defined internship period of 4 to 6 months. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Articulate and clear communication style. Team-oriented and proactive working style. Entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset. Comfort in an international environment. Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written. An internship of 4 to 6 months within EY-Parthenon's Strategy & Transaction Execution Team in Zurich, focusing on Financial Services clients.
