The Geneva-based Transfer Pricing team advises on international tax matters, business transformations, corporate restructurings, transactions, treasury operations, and tax strategies supporting sustainable value creation. Support the delivery of transfer pricing engagements by applying transfer pricing concepts and economic, financial, and business analyses to client situations. Prepare transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses, and support the development of transfer pricing policies and planning solutions. Support the creation of transfer pricing financial models using multiple financial and statistical tools, as well as relevant information services for the preparation of benchmarks. Contribute to transfer pricing audits, advance pricing agreements (APAs), tax rulings, and business restructuring projects, working closely with senior team members to deliver practical and high-quality client solutions. Master's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, management, law, policy analysis or a related field; additional cross-discipline qualifications are a plus. Tax-specific qualifications or ongoing professional certifications such as CFA, Swiss Tax Expert (STEP/STEX), CPA, or LLM are an advantage. Ideally, a first experience in tax, transfer pricing, economics, or accounting/controlling within a Big4 firm, consulting services firm, or international tax advisory environment. Strong interest in transfer pricing and international taxation with an appreciation for interdisciplinary business and economic matters. Full professional proficiency in English required; French and/or German considered a strong asset. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
