Complete three 8-month cross-functional rotations across Trading, Operations and Market Risk. Work alongside experienced professionals to develop an understanding of the physical and financial commodity trading lifecycle. Analyse market fundamentals, commodity flows and pricing dynamics. Contribute to commercial analysis, operational execution and business decision-making. Collaborate across functions to solve complex commercial and operational challenges. Support the execution of trading strategies while gaining exposure to commercial decision-making. Take ownership of meaningful projects from the beginning of the program. Participate in an international rotation in one of Gunvor's global offices (Singapore, Houston, Tallinn or London). A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline. Up to 12 months of professional experience, excluding internships. Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills. A genuine interest in global markets, commodities and geopolitics. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability, resilience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English. Previous internships or professional experience within commodities, energy, finance, banking, shipping, brokerage or other relevant commercial environments is considered a strong advantage.
