The company operates across global commodity markets encompassing Trading, Operations and Market Risk. The 24-month Trading & Supply Chain Graduate Program is designed for ambitious graduates seeking a long-term career in commodity trading, offering structured rotations, mentorship and meaningful commercial exposure from day one. Complete three 8-month cross-functional rotations across Trading, Operations and Market Risk, based in Geneva with an opportunity for one international rotation (Singapore, Houston, Tallinn or London). Work alongside experienced professionals to develop an understanding of the physical and financial commodity trading lifecycle. Analyse market fundamentals, commodity flows and pricing dynamics. Contribute to commercial analysis, operational execution and business decision-making. Collaborate across functions to solve complex commercial and operational challenges. Support the execution of trading strategies while gaining exposure to commercial decision-making. Take ownership of meaningful projects from the start of the program. Follow a structured development journey combining technical learning, industry knowledge and professional development. A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline. Up to 12 months of professional experience (excluding internships). Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills. Genuine interest in global markets, commodities and geopolitics. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability, resilience and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English. Previous internships or professional experience in commodities, energy, finance, banking, shipping, brokerage or other relevant commercial environments is considered a strong advantage. Eligibility to work in Switzerland is required. A structured 24-month Graduate Program with three cross-functional rotations (three 8-month rotations).
