Working within the Finance department under the supervision of the Factory Controller or a member of the Finance team, the intern will carry out various tasks and projects including: supporting Finance, Operations Control and contributing to the delivery of the Finance Direction and Business strategy; gaining an understanding of operating in a Finance organisation within a global business; participating in training and development activities to improve technical skills; understanding each department's daily processes and goals; completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations; and developing strengths through regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives. Tasks will include hands-on experience in accounting, document management, and communication.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (studies to be completed before the start of the programme). Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Comfortable communicating in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in daily tasks. Enjoys working in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
