The internship is based at the Molinazzo di Monteggio site in Ticino, Switzerland, within the Factory Finance department. Working within the Finance department under the supervision of the Factory Controller or a member of the Finance team, the intern will carry out various tasks and projects including: supporting Finance, Operations Control and contributing to the delivery of the Finance Direction and Business strategy; gaining an understanding of operating in a Finance organisation within a global business; participating in training and development activities to improve technical skills; understanding each department's daily processes and goals; completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations; and developing strengths through regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives. Tasks will include hands-on experience in accounting, document management, and communication. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (studies to be completed before the start of the programme). Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Comfortable communicating in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in daily tasks. Enjoys working in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
