An interdisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, and naturopathic practitioners is supported by digital tools and advanced data models to identify root causes of symptoms and deliver better patient outcomes. Support the operations team and clients in scheduling meetings with doctors and therapists. Carry out discovery calls with leads to guide them through the offering. Act as the point of contact via email and phone for various client queries. Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and supplements. Support billing processes and general administrative tasks. Experience in administration, operations, or finance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with new software. Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive data. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus. Experience in medical administration is a plus.
