InPact Partners is a Geneva-based collaborative platform dedicated to private market investments. Through its affiliated companies, it serves an international community of institutional asset owners — including Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Family Offices, Foundations, and Endowments — representing more than $2 trillion in aggregated assets. The firm enables clients to invest efficiently in private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure, syndicating $1.5+ billion of commitments per annum across 8 to 10 projects. InPact Partners is B Corp certified and an equal opportunity employer. Support the preparation and quality control of quarterly client reports. Assist with performance calculations, benchmarking, and portfolio analytics. Maintain and enhance reporting databases, templates, and supporting datasets. Support performance validation and reconciliation of portfolio data across various systems. Monitor and track fund reporting, NAVs, cash flows, and other key portfolio data. Assist with the preparation of quarterly portfolio monitoring materials, including NAV analyses, market updates, and investment review presentations. Download, organize, and maintain fund documentation and internal databases. Assist with manager data requests, cash flow projections, TER calculations, and other analytical exercises. Support the development and maintenance of InPact's internal data architecture and reporting tools. Assist with background checks and due diligence exercises. Contribute to process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate must: hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Economics (Master's degree is a plus); be enthusiastic about private market investments with a positive societal and environmental impact; be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets; be technically minded with a structured and methodical approach to problem solving; be proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus); be fluent in written and spoken English (native or C1 level), with French as a plus; have prior work experience in financial services operations (a plus); be a Swiss resident with a valid work permit and able to work in-person in Geneva. A hands-on internship at a B Corp certified private markets investment platform in Geneva, working closely with the Operations & Reporting Analyst. The role provides exposure to leading institutional investors and investment managers globally across private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and real estate. Interns will develop strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills, and will progressively contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements, and strategic operational projects. The position is full-time (100%) and based in-person in Geneva.
