The Performance Management & Insights Department drives the company's data and analytics transformation, enabling senior management to leverage data for enhanced decision-making and improved business outcomes. Support the delivery of executive (ExCo) performance reports using Google Looker. Ensure alignment of reports with business KPIs and management priorities. Translate business requirements into clear reporting logic and data structures. Design clear, compelling, and executive-ready visualizations in Google Looker. Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Continuously improve usability, storytelling, and layout of reports. Share best practices and contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization. Integrate and structure diverse data sources to enable consistent and reliable reporting. Ensure data quality and availability for business-critical reporting. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field. Strong interest in data, analytics, and their application to business problems. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Hands-on personality with strong business acumen and excellent communication and collaboration skills. First practical experience required; familiarity in project-based, analytical settings a plus (e.g. tech or consulting). Business fluent English required; German is a plus.
