IWC Schaffhausen is a Swiss luxury watch manufacturer rooted in Switzerland and operating successfully on an international scale. The Product Strategy Department acts as the interface between Product Development, Sales, and Marketing, handling strategic product planning for all IWC collections and supporting other marketing departments with product information and briefings, including presentations at international watch fairs.
Analysis of strategic business areas or specific issues in the watch industry and derivation of actionable recommendations. Benchmark and competitor analysis, including presentation of results to multiple departments. Detailed product performance analysis based on sales data. Support of product managers in the creation of presentations and strategic briefings. General support in product marketing through research and input for legal cases. Maintenance of new and existing product references in an internal product database.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. Preferably prior internship experience in the luxury industry or FMCG. Enthusiasm for the watch industry and awareness of new releases and trends. Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent English; German is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with excellent time management. Good organisational and coordination skills with a proactive mindset. Flexibility and high resilience.
