The role sits within Group Internal Consulting, a dynamic, driven, and diverse team of over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm's Group COO, the team works in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business performance, turning insights into scalable analytics solutions. Tackle complex problems by delivering actionable insights across data, analytics, and transformation initiatives. Present impactful results by translating complex datasets into clear, compelling recommendations and data stories for stakeholders. Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). Hands-on experience or familiarity with data analysis is required, including tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with GenAI concepts, including agentic AI, and an interest in applying them to real-world data solutions is expected. Strong communication skills and strategic thinking are essential. Candidates must be hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative, and able to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines. All majors are welcome, but an interest in the financial industry is important.
