The Review and Risk Intelligence team is part of the global Business Risk Organization for GFIW (Global Family and Institutional Wealth). It is a dynamic team that uses innovative solutions to perform risk deep dives into the most complex clients of the bank across the world and provides expert advice on various risk aspects. Support the GFIW Business Risk Review and Risk Intelligence Team in analyzing complex client groups. Detect needs and implement solutions to improve existing processes or drive new ones. Support day-to-day project management activities. Contribute to ensuring the risk framework design and operation are effective to meet current challenges. Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement. Build an understanding of the industry, culture, and strategy while learning how the organization operates to meet client needs. Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts. Attend educational events led by senior leaders for exposure and insight into the business. Candidate must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably with a focus on business, finance, economics, STEM or similar. Excellent English (written and oral) is required; any other major language is a plus. Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with colleagues at all levels are expected. The candidate should be autonomous, diligent, and detail-oriented, with good analytical skills and a fast understanding of complex processes. A good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is required, along with the ability to learn other IT software quickly. Programming knowledge (VBA, R, Python) is preferred. Prior experience or internship in Compliance, Risk Management or Legal roles is a plus. Values aligned with UBS: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative. This is a 2026 Off-cycle Internship within UBS's Global Wealth Management business in Zurich. Interns will work with top talent in the wealth management industry and gain hands-on experience in risk intelligence and business risk management.
