Craft clear, engaging UX content in German and English that empowers users to confidently navigate complex financial topics. Translate content from English into German with nuance and creativity, ensuring every interaction feels natural, authentic and human. Shape and evolve a consistent voice, tone and terminology across digital products to create an intuitive, seamless user experience. Champion accessibility by creating inclusive content, including meaningful alternative text. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of UX writers, localization professionals, designers, engineers and business stakeholders. Explore and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation, streamline workflows and drive innovation. Has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in translation or a related field. Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system. Is a native German speaker with excellent English skills; additional language skills such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese or Chinese are a plus. Has localization experience and a strong understanding of UX/UI. Has experience with CAT tools and AI-powered language tools. Can effectively adapt AI-generated content into engaging copy tailored to the target audience. Has knowledge of accessible writing (a plus). Is sensitive to the needs of audiences from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Has an interest in multilingual terminology and terminology database management. Has programming skills (a plus). Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
