The Group Internal Audit team consists of more than 600 professionals working across 21 offices in 15 locations, responsible for assessing processes, governance, risk management and controls across all business divisions to identify where risk needs to be better managed.
Learn how to detect when processes or controls may have gone wrong and help strengthen and safeguard UBS operations. Review businesses, processes and products to understand how they function. Learn the governance and controls in place to prevent errors or losses. Gain knowledge of credit risk in GWM S&I (Global Wealth Management Sales & Investment) and related products. Support audit coverage within the appointed Internal Audit team.
Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). They should have values aligned with UBS: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills are required, along with the motivation to work in a high-demand environment with tight deadlines. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics is expected, including the ability to demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
The internship is part of the UBS 2026 Internship Program within the Group Internal Audit team in Zurich.
