The internship sits within the Group Brand and Marketing division, specifically the International Sponsorship and Partnership team based in Zurich. This team manages and activates UBS' international culture sponsorship platforms, including the partnership with Art Basel, the Fondation Beyeler, and Art SG, working closely with marketing, sponsorship, and events teams across the organisation and different time zones. Support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies. Support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits. Support sponsorship request management, project coordination, and related processes. Contribute to content development across UBS Art Channels including editorial, social media, newsletter, and more. Contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Support the measurement and performance optimisation of sponsorships and partnerships. Support employee and community activation of platforms. Provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed. Has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
