The Brand Marketing Intern role is based in Gland, Vaud, Switzerland, and is embedded within Swissquote's Brand Team in the finance sector. Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end: develop concepts, identify influencers, coordinate activations, and oversee projects to promote products and services. Manage the Swissquote social media community by replying to comments and messages and engaging proactively daily. Assist Social Media Managers with content publishing via a dedicated management platform. Create content using Canva and CapCut to support daily social media activities. Conduct social media benchmarking and monitor trends, formats, and best practices. Participate in vertical video creation, with the possibility to appear in videos. Coordinate and manage entry point products and segments (including Themes Trading and the Student target audience), ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives. Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects to ensure consistency in brand messaging. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for brand initiatives and client activations. Support the timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, particularly during campaigns and promotional periods. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices to support marketing activities. Oversee and manage the department's main communication inbox with prompt, professional, and brand-aligned responses. French mother tongue; strong command of English required (Italian and/or German are a plus). Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Marketing (HEC, HES, or equivalent). Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus. Strong interest in both online and offline marketing and brand strategy. Interest in the banking/finance sector is an advantage. Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems and web analytics tools is a plus. Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
