This internship is based at Plan-les-Ouates and sits within the Vacheron Constantin Maison — the world's oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755 — which operates a global retail network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. The Business Performance Intern joins a dynamic team with cross-functional exposure to HQ and regional teams in an international luxury environment. Business Planning and Forecasting: support the preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budget and strategic plans; perform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies; prepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation. Performance Reporting and Analysis: prepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide the analytical foundation for business reviews; perform first-level variance analyses to identify significant trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers; prepare charts, tables and data visualisations for leadership presentations and performance reviews. Data and Reporting: support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards; participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker; support the identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar. Strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics. Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and generate actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality. Collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus. Internship agreement (convention de stage) required. A 6-month internship starting on August 17 or September 1, 2026, based in Plan-les-Ouates, Fribourg, Switzerland.
