Its People Advisory Services (PAS) business focuses on people management, encompassing Workforce Advisory, Integrated Mobility, and Reward & HR M&A. The Reward team in Zurich helps clients manage complex challenges in executive and board rewards, fringe benefits, regulatory compliance, equity programs, grading, and performance management across multiple sectors and industries. Support in the planning and implementation of consulting projects in the area of remuneration for companies across various industries, under the guidance of project managers. Support all tasks within individual customer projects including project management, conducting analyses, developing recommendations, preparing client presentations, and creating concepts. Support in the design and development of remuneration systems including function evaluations, function profiles, benchmarking, salary bands, and salary regulations. Support in preparing offers for new and existing customers across multiple market segments. Assist with the maintenance and updating of the EY salary database. Collaborate in the implementation of equal pay analyses. Review documents and reports. Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally. University degree in Economics or Finance combined with a good understanding of Reward topics. First experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits and/or Consulting. Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills with the ability to create presentations for various stakeholders. Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills, with experience producing high-calibre reports, papers, and presentations. Ideally, experience in people matters such as key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, people consulting, remuneration surveys, and knowledge of market trends in rewards. Team player mentality with the ability to integrate quickly into new teams. Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions. Pragmatic and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively.
