The role sits within the dynamic Piaget CRM and E-business team, which oversees digital content across key touchpoints including the website, newsletters, and clienteling.
Manage the digital activation calendar and its content toolbox through cross-functional collaboration. Collect and coordinate content needs from CRM and E-business touchpoints. Adapt and write copywriting and text for digital platforms. Support the launch of new products across digital platforms. Assist in the day-to-day management of digital content across the website, newsletters, and clienteling channels.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, ideally complemented by internships or academic projects. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for quickly learning CMS, DAM, Slack, Trello, or other content planning tools. Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a valuable asset. Team player with a can-do attitude, organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
