The internship is based at their Zuchwil, Switzerland location and sits within the Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The role is at the intersection of finance, operations, and digital innovation, with a strong orientation toward business case development, process optimization, and AI-driven automation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Python. Support the creation of business cases for supply chain initiatives and investments. Review current FP&A and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to simplify and standardize workflows. Document and redesign processes to improve transparency and scalability. Identify opportunities to integrate AI (Microsoft Copilot) into daily finance activities and develop AI-enabled solutions such as automated reporting and insights generation. Create templates, prompts, and best practices to facilitate team adoption of AI tools. Use Python and Excel to automate data handling and reporting tasks. Support integration of data from multiple sources including ERP systems and Excel datasets. Build simple tools or scripts to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort. Currently studying Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science. Strong analytical mindset with an interest in finance, operations, and digital tools. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis. Interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies. Structured, curious, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. Exposure to Supply Chain FP&A in a global business environment.
