Support the preparation and coordination of the quarterly Performance Review Meeting process. Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects at both corporate and business unit levels. Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform key strategic decisions and help present findings to relevant stakeholders. Provide support in facilitating strategic workshops and planning sessions with leadership teams. Support business unit innovation project teams throughout the innovation process lifecycle, from opportunity ideation and customer needs analysis through to launch preparation and market monitoring. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field. First practical experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or project management is a plus. Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with a proactive and structured working approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. International outlook and strong interpersonal skills. Multilingual skills are a strong advantage; English is required. The internship offers hands-on experience working on innovative tasks with direct exposure to Clariant's senior leadership. Interns are given independent responsibility for the preparation and execution of assigned tasks, and gain insights into exciting interdisciplinary projects within an international, committed and collegial team. Qualified support and mentoring is provided throughout the internship. The role is based onsite at Clariant's Global Headquarters in Pratteln, Switzerland.
