Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in the coordination of internal projects and events. Help prepare presentations, documents, and communication materials. Support recruitment and onboarding-related processes. Collaborate with different teams across the organization. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute ideas. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in HR topics, communication, and organizational culture. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative. Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently. Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Fluent in English; German is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
