Clients include globally recognized brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, BMW, Airbus, Boeing, and Nespresso. Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative activities. Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in the coordination of internal projects and events. Help prepare presentations, documents, and communication materials. Support recruitment and onboarding-related processes. Collaborate with different teams across the organization. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute ideas. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in HR topics, communication, and organizational culture. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative. Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently. Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Fluent in English; German is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
