The Geneva team is interdisciplinary, drawing from backgrounds in architecture, economics and civil engineering. Conducting real estate valuations and profitability analyses. Supporting real estate project developments and architectural competitions. Preparing location, market and property analyses. Performing research, on-site property assessments, and developing strategic concepts. Assisting the team with project administration and coordination, as well as the preparation of reports and presentations. A completed bachelor's degree and/or currently enrolled in a master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Interest in economic issues, urban and project development, and sustainability topics. Strategic and creative thinking with a flair for numbers and data. Digital affinity and strong proficiency in MS Office, complemented by excellent communication skills. French native speaker with business-fluent English (spoken and written); German skills are a plus.
