This off-cycle internship is based in Zurich and is part of the 2027 GCB program, placing interns within the Large-Cap team. Assisting GCB bankers in managing internal aspects of existing client relationships. Helping with industry and credit analysis, including reviewing financial statements and supporting the credit approval and documentation process. Gaining exposure to product, strategy, or client coverage-based teams. Preparing internal memos such as senior management briefings and decision committee memoranda. Participating in the analysis and negotiation of financing requests in coordination with credit, product, legal, and compliance teams. Coordinating with product and country teams to identify and execute transactions for clients globally across products including capital markets, risk solutions, and transaction banking. Networking with industry leaders and accessing best-in-class training. Exceptional analytical, research, and project management skills. Familiarity with business fundamentals. Ability to solve problems independently and within a team. Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed. Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team. Confidence and initiative to take on early responsibility and manage own projects. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Fluency in English and German. Expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2028. Preferred: on-track for a UK 2:1 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in undergraduate studies. A four-month off-cycle internship (September to December) embedded within JPMorgan Chase's Global Corporate Banking Large-Cap team in Zurich. Interns work alongside top professionals, gain hands-on exposure to client relationship management, credit analysis, and cross-product transaction execution. Comprehensive training and support are provided throughout the program. The internship offers networking opportunities with industry leaders and insight into how all business lines work together.
