The nine-week Advisor Summer Internship Program in Zurich is designed for penultimate-year students graduating between January and July 2028, offering hands-on experience in wealth management alongside senior advisors and specialists. Work with advisor teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals. Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors and lending specialists. Conduct research and analysis with market strategy, equity and alternative investment teams, develop products and respond to client needs. Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network. The program begins with a one-week induction covering training and orientation to the business. Expected graduation between January 2028 and July 2028; must be in penultimate year of study. Highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information. Fluency in German may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential. A nine-week summer internship program kicking off with a week of induction, training and orientation. Mentorship from senior executives and exposure to all areas of the Global Private Bank.
