The Geneva team focuses on Latin American clients and delivers highly customized wealth management solutions across investments, credit, banking, and Trust and Estates practices. Work with advisor teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals. Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists throughout the summer. Conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team, working alongside market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams. Continuously build professional expertise and network through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events. Expected graduation between January 2028 and July 2028; must be in penultimate year of study. Highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Inquisitive, focused, and considerate, with good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred; a second EU language is a plus but not essential. A nine-week summer internship program kicking off with a week of induction including training and orientation. Mentorship from senior executives and exposure to meaningful projects.
