Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage and grow client wealth. Understand clients' unique needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations, working across teams and the firm to provide first-class service. Participate in a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts from around the world. Build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks throughout the program. Engage in ongoing formal and informal training opportunities and program initiatives for the full duration of the Advisor Training Program. Expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027. Highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Highly inquisitive, focused and considerate. Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information. Fluency in Russian or German may be required. A second EU language is preferable but not essential. A structured Advisor Analyst Training Program within JPMorgan Chase's Global Private Bank in Zurich. Program begins with a five-week immersive global training experience. Ongoing mentorship from senior executives and access to formal and informal development opportunities throughout the program. Opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team and gain exposure to wealth management, investments, credit, banking and Trust & Estates. Successful full-time analysts are frequently promoted to Associates, offering a path to a long-lasting career within the firm.
