Julius Baer is seeking a motivated Junior Management Consultant to support high-priority strategic Human Resources initiatives across the bank, contributing directly to executive-level decision-making and developing deep insights into private banking and wealth management operations.
Support strategy projects covering areas such as market expansion, operating model optimisation, cost transformation, and digital innovation. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions. Develop high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Group to gather input and align on strategic priorities. Assist in preparing board-level reports, investment dossiers, and management briefings. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to corporate governance standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Up to 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent). Proven expertise in creating polished, structured, and impactful PowerPoint presentations with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals. Native or near-native fluency in German and excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy. High level of initiative, organisational ability, and capability to work under tight deadlines. Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a regulated financial environment.
