The intern will be based in Nyon and will work closely with the team, benefiting from direct access to leadership. Support the team on debt advisory transactions. Produce marketing materials and pitches for new deal opportunities. Perform financial modelling. Participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions.
Currently studying towards a master's degree at a leading school or university, ideally in finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory; demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling is a strong asset. Knowledge of financial databases such as Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Factset is appreciated. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Previous internship in a relevant field (investment banking, private equity, audit, etc.) is appreciated but not a prerequisite. Fluency in French and English is required. The ideal candidate displays great motivation, embraces an entrepreneurial team spirit, and is an enthusiastic team player who is curious and eager to learn.
A 6-month internship within Kepler Cheuvreux's Debt Advisory division in Nyon, working in a small and high-performing team with direct access to senior leadership. The role offers hands-on exposure to debt advisory transactions at a leading European advisory boutique, in an international and entrepreneurial environment. The recruitment process consists of 2 to 3 rounds of interviews covering both fit and technical questions. A successful intern could potentially be offered a full-time Analyst role within Kepler Corporate Finance.
