In Zurich, the Business Services Transformation team operates two sub-teams: the Finance Strategy & Transformation team, which takes a holistic view of finance functions and prepares them for the future, and the Global Business Services (GBS) team, which specialises in building global finance service centres for clients. Together they implement modern operating models, promote process excellence and digital implementation, and accompany clients end-to-end on their journey to a new finance strategy. The team is multinational and multicultural, working closely with global clients across consulting and auditing. Provide management consulting services for national and international clients in a dynamic environment. Help optimise end-to-end finance processes. Develop operating models of the future that consider solutions such as Global Business Services or Managed Services. Support the design of solutions that improve processes, systems and organisations. Familiarise with the latest automation developments. Participate in cross-functional projects and support the team to achieve the best results for clients. Master's degree (completed or ongoing) in finance, accounting or a related field. Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes such as order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay or similar. Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent German and English skills; any additional language is an advantage. Willingness to engage with new topics and actively develop global business processes. Strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to contribute to client projects.
