KPMG Switzerland's Digital Transformation team, based in Zurich, supports organizations throughout their entire IT transformation journey. This spans developing future-ready strategies, selecting the right technologies and partners, shaping modern IT organizations, and implementing innovative Cloud, AI and digital solutions. The team helps clients harness the power of technology to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new business opportunities in an increasingly digital world. With over 300 auditing and advisory service opportunities, KPMG offers diverse career paths within a purpose-led, values-driven organization. Advise KPMG clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalization. Define strategy concepts around IT Strategies, Digital Transformation, IT Governance and IT Operating Model. Support project setup and execution. Help in the creation and extension of KPMG solutions around Digital Transformation. Support in business development activities. Participate in project-related work in another Management Consulting Team. Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar. First experience in Technology Transformation and/or Digital Technology or in a comparable environment is a must. A keen interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, combined with the desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech. Experience in project management (e.g. design of a new IT organization) is a plus. Strong teamwork, project and client management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage. Willingness to travel.
