Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and in a hybrid work environment. Develop technical expertise in regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles. Leverage cutting-edge technology to perform next-generation audits. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting. First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong ability to work independently with solid analytical skills. Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems. Eagerness to learn and embrace innovative technologies in auditing. Excellent German and English skills are mandatory; advanced French skills are a strong asset.
