Support the corporate tax team in administrative and compliance-related tasks in connection with Pillar II compliance, including data collection, maintaining documentation, and analysis. Assist with Swiss tax topics including stamp duty and withholding tax (research, calculations, and preparation of supporting materials). Conduct tax research on international and Swiss tax matters. Support corporate tax compliance and reporting processes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (accounting, finance, legal) and assist in managing external advisors. Carry out general administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, updating files, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. Ongoing Bachelor's or beginning of a Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a focus on taxation or tax accounting is a plus. Interest in tax matters, particularly international and Swiss tax topics. First practical experience (internship or working student role) in tax or finance is an advantage. Structured and detail-oriented working style with a willingness to support routine and administrative processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Very good English skills; German is a plus. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months. The position is designed as a full-time role during semester breaks and offers approximately 2–3 working days per week during studies (40–80% pensum).
