About

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is the centre of excellence for combustion engines (diesel and gas engines) and hydraulic components (axial piston pumps and motors) within the Liebherr Group, a multinational family business. The company develops and produces products used in building construction, civil engineering, mining, agriculture, decentralised energy, machine and plant engineering, and aerospace. The role sits within the Customer Service and Solutions team in Bulle, in the Gruyère region of Fribourg, Switzerland. Proactively build a network across the Liebherr Group and engage with internal stakeholders, sales organisations, service teams and product experts to understand market needs and customer challenges. Identify unmet customer needs, business opportunities and value creation potential along the product lifecycle. Conduct market and customer intelligence activities by collecting, consolidating and structuring qualitative and quantitative information from various internal sources. Analyse customer pain points and operational challenges and translate them into actionable insights for new Aftermarket Products. Support the development of value propositions for future service offerings. Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Sales and Customer Service teams to validate opportunities and define commercialisation strategies. Prepare management presentations and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Completed or nearly completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field. Curiosity and passion for understanding customer needs, market dynamics and business opportunities. Strong communication skills with the ability to transform information into actionable insights. Confidence in approaching people, building trust and establishing professional relationships across different cultures and functions. Structured and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Enjoyment of working in an international and technical environment. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
