The Firm is independently owned and one of the best-capitalised banking groups in the world. Support day-to-day administration of recruitment activities. Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and external partners. Manage recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy within internal systems. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in the publication of job opportunities across various channels. Support candidate sourcing and talent mapping activities. Conduct CV screening for selected positions. Participate in candidate interviews and assessment processes. Liaise with hiring managers and HR colleagues throughout recruitment processes. Contribute to recruitment and employer branding projects across LOIM. Support the review and enhancement of recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience. Help develop and maintain recruitment resources including interview guides, templates and checklists. Support the exploration and implementation of AI and automation solutions to improve recruitment workflows. Research market trends and emerging talent acquisition practices. Take ownership of selected vacancies, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination and stakeholder communication with manager support. Participate in broader HR initiatives when required. Currently completing or recently graduated from a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Available for a 6 to 12-month internship, ideally as a final internship before entering the workforce. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take initiative and contribute new ideas. Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Able to manage multiple priorities and work with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with data and recruitment systems, with a good command of Microsoft Office tools. Strong interest in talent acquisition, people topics, and the investment management industry.
