Work as part of a client project team of typically 3–5 consultants in the Zurich or Geneva office. Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. Contribute actively to all aspects of client engagements while building new skills throughout the program.
Undergraduate student from at least the 3rd semester, or master's or PhD degree in progress. Outstanding record of academic achievement. Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels. Willingness to travel. Language fluency in English and German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
Approximately 10–12 weeks of hands-on consulting experience on real client projects in the Zurich or Geneva office. A dedicated personal mentor — an experienced consultant from the Swiss office — providing individual coaching throughout the program. Personal communication skills training with practical tips for life as a consultant and beyond. Formal training in the first few weeks, plus frequent coaching and mentoring from team colleagues. A partner from the local office assigned to help guide career development.
