Mill Reef Capital is a Zurich-based independent private equity investment boutique specialising in small-cap GP-led buyout transactions. Founded in 2019, the firm advises on approximately EUR 1.3 billion of capital commitments across a wide range of transaction types in Europe, including equity injections for add-on acquisitions, continuation vehicles, strip sales, and preferred equity investments.
Support the deal team across all stages of the investment process, from sourcing and initial screening through to execution. Assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities. Contribute to due diligence, comparable analysis, market research, and investment memos. Prepare presentations and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree completed; currently pursuing a Master's degree or recently graduated. Previous experience in M&A and/or Private Equity is required. Strong analytical skills and interest in private markets; knowledge of the Private Equity Secondaries market is a plus. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style. Fluent in English; additional Western European languages are a plus. Must be eligible to work in Zurich, Switzerland.
