Digital Republic is an innovative provider of mobile subscriptions and internet in Switzerland. This is a Business Intelligence Intern position within the mobilezone group, based in Rotkreuz (Schlieren, Zurich area). The team is young, motivated, and operates with short decision-making paths, personal responsibility, and an open informal culture. Development and maintenance of data pipelines via scripts, monitoring data quality and security. Building interactive dashboards for the entire company and creating data models and KPI logics. Creating periodic reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses for business questions, and maintaining BI documentation. Translating business requirements from various departments into technical specifications. Supporting management with performance overviews and creating customized analysis tools for marketing, sales, support, and finance. Recent or upcoming graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a quantitative field. Solid understanding of statistical methods, relational databases, data architecture, and data modelling. Basic knowledge of SQL and Python with high proficiency in Excel. Previous experience with BI and visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, or PowerBI) is a plus. An instinct for clean, intuitive UI and data visualization. Proactive, independent working style with the ability to explain complex data models to non-technical people. Highest standards for data integrity and logical double-checks.
