The Commercial Strategy Intern role sits within the Out-of-Home business unit, focusing on Intervallo, one of Nespresso's most exciting recent innovations. The position offers a hybrid working model and is designed to give early-career candidates hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration across European markets. Supporting the development and deployment of the Intervallo commercial value proposition by translating customer, consumer, and market insights into compelling customer benefits. Analysing business performance, consumer behaviour, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to build commercial recommendations. Designing and implementing promotions through the Intervallo app to test reward mechanisms and measure their effectiveness. Delivering actionable recommendations to markets based on promotional learnings, including strategy, execution guidelines, ROI measurement, and best practices. Currently studying or freshly graduated with a Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a strong interest in commercial strategy, customer insights, and innovation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, market insights, and consumer behaviour into clear commercial recommendations. Confident communicator who enjoys presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across diverse teams and markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Fluent English required; French is considered a strong asset. Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed, and a mindset of continuous learning. A 6-month hybrid internship based in Vevey, Switzerland, offering hands-on experience and mentorship within a global brand.
