About

Nestlé's NeStep programme is a unique 12-month immersive graduate experience based in Vevey, Switzerland, offered in hybrid work format. As a NeStep Talent in Strategy & Insights at Nestlé Professional, the role focuses on strengthening how teams understand customers, markets and Out-of-Home consumption by transforming data into actionable insights. The programme combines owning at least one meaningful project from day one with structured learning and continuous mentoring, giving fresh graduates the opportunity to learn by doing, grow with support, and make a real impact across global category teams, regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Driving customer, consumer and competitive analysis to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions. Building and improving a global insights repository to make data more accessible, structured and actionable across markets. Coordinating engaging insight-sharing initiatives such as newsletters and webinars to connect teams and spread knowledge globally. Developing data tools, dashboards and resources to support category strategy and business development. Supporting the creation of global strategy by translating market data into clear, relevant and impactful recommendations. Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field from a Swiss higher education institution. Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only. Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to explore data, identify trends and translate them into actionable business insights. Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across regions in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of data tools such as Power BI is a plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Curiosity, empathy and ambition. A 12-month temporary contract starting 1 September 2026 with hybrid working possibilities at Nestlé's headquarters in Vevey.
