The Graduate Program at Nexi Switzerland (based in Wallisellen, Zurich) is a 12-month structured journey designed to give early-career talents a permanent contract from day one, real business impact, and an international network across Europe. Work on real business cases with a direct impact on business results. Complete two rotations across different departments over the 12-month program before transitioning into a permanent landing role. Participate in a dedicated Project Management training program to develop project leadership and delivery skills. Engage with the Digital PayTech University to continuously build skills and expand knowledge. Contribute to real business solutions and expand your professional network by collaborating with talented colleagues and senior leaders from across Europe. Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master's degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field. Must be available to work full-time. Fluent in English and German; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus. Prior sales experience required. International experience (study abroad, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment) is valued. Career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. Legal right to work in Switzerland (e.g., residency or valid visa). Committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment. Permanent contract from day one.
