Support outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline tracking including CRM upkeep. Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documents. Coordinate client and partner onboarding and follow-ups. Maintain the transaction database and prepare internal sales reporting. Prepare process documentation and identify efficiency improvements. Act as a liaison between the Sales/BD team and the Operations team. Provide full administrative and organisational support to the management team, including reporting and presentations. Assist with basic finance and accounting tasks such as customer invoicing, expense management, and reconciliations. Assist with general office management and team activities. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Familiarity with decentralised finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology. Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across different functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable learning new tools such as CRM and accounting software. Experience with vibecoding and AI tools is beneficial. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another European language such as German is preferred. The opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in establishing a new financial system.
