OLZ AG is a quantitative Swiss asset manager based in Zurich and Bern, founded in 2001. The firm operates with a risk-based and sustainable investment concept, leveraging state-of-the-art data-driven risk optimisation. OLZ manages equity funds, bond funds, mixed funds, and bespoke investment solutions for institutional investors, financial institutions, and digital pension/wealth management platforms. It is an independent, partner-led company with around 25 team members. The Business Development team acts as the interface between the Clients, Investment Solutions, and Portfolio Management departments. Support the Business Development team in analyses, tenders, investment proposals, and marketing materials. Act as part of the interface between Clients, Investment Solutions, and Portfolio Management departments. Contribute to the quantitative and data-driven work that characterises OLZ's investment approach. Work across locations in Zurich and/or Bern with flexible working hours. Economics student at Master's level with a focus on Finance at a university or university of applied sciences. Prior internship experience in the financial industry is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative methods. Good IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Programming skills (VBA, Python) are an advantage. Good language skills in German and English; French is an advantage. Goal-oriented, reliable, and independent working style. Confident, pleasant manner with strong communication skills.
