The Global Brand Experience - Events team is responsible for bringing On's stories to life through impactful moments — from performance-led innovation platforms to culture-shaping experiences around running. The team operates with an explorer mindset: challenging convention, sweating the details, and moving fast without sacrificing craft. Organize, distribute and track event project plans, ensuring tasks are followed up and delivered on time and that regional counterparts are held accountable. Keep event tasks and tracking accurate and up to date. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing project management, regional marketing, and other marketing teams. Support the team with end-to-end event execution excellence, including run-of-show, venue and showroom operations, sample and VM readiness, IT set-up, staffing, and related areas. Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior internship experience in events or marketing is a plus. Self-starting and hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills to manage own projects. True team player who is solution-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
