On is looking for an intern to join their Investor Relations team in Zurich. The Investor Relations team connects On with its shareholders and the wider financial community, sitting in Finance but partnering closely with teams across the organisation and senior management to deliver best-in-class investor engagement. Support execution of On's Investor Relations agenda, including preparation of quarterly earnings materials such as presentations, Q&A documents, factsheets, and supporting analysis. Support investor and analyst engagement through meeting preparation, tracking enquiries, and maintaining engagement records. Help maintain core IR tools and resources including ownership tracking, analyst coverage, internal materials, and the IR website. Support operational execution of key investor moments, specifically the upcoming Investor Day. Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy or a related field. Capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Strong written and verbal communication skills with interest in storytelling and presentation quality combined with solid financial literacy and confidence working with data and numbers. Naturally inquisitive mindset with ability to identify underlying business drivers, patterns, and opportunities. High level of accuracy and rigor when handling data. Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Right to work in EU/Switzerland. This is a paid internship lasting six months. The intern will be fully embedded in the Investor Relations team and gain hands-on experience supporting core investor engagement activities and strategic initiatives.
