Partners Group is a global financial institution offering a 6-month internship with the Private Infrastructure team. The team applies a value-add investment framework across Energy, Transportation, TMT and Social infrastructure sectors, focusing on direct investment opportunities.
Support the Infrastructure Directs Team on sourcing and execution of Private Infrastructure investment opportunities. Model business plans, LBO structures and investment returns. Participate in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments including financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence. Draft internal investment recommendation documents. Conduct tasks related to opportunity sourcing, market research, product reporting and marketing. Implement value creation plans alongside management and support investment teams in monitoring existing investments.
Top performing students at a leading university, ideally focused on Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration. Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent teamwork skills within international settings. English working language; additional European languages a plus. High energy level, strong passion to learn and succeed, impeccable work ethic and professional demeanor.
