This internship is based in Baar, Zug, Switzerland, within the Client Solutions team covering the Swiss institutional market, including pension funds, family offices, and insurers. The role focuses on private markets asset classes and product types, offering interns the chance to build their industry network and knowledge. Top performers have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Supporting client relationship managers in the preparation of client meetings and due diligence sessions, including compiling bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals and coordinating internal stakeholders. Creating tailored, high-quality responses to client requests and performance updates. Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists across the firm to address client requests. Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity. Providing well-justified input for requests for proposals (RFPs). Participating in business development initiatives and conducting market research across various client target groups. Completed undergraduate university degree (or higher) with outstanding academic results. Previous internship experience in private markets, consulting, M&A, or investment banking. Strong problem-solving skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Confidence in communicating with individuals across all levels of an organisation. Excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI tools. Native German speaker with excellent written and spoken English (hard requirement). A good understanding of written and spoken French is a plus. Competitive compensation with a daily lunch allowance.
