About

Group Learning & Development Intern at Richemont in Bellevue, Geneva. The role focuses on enhancing learning experiences and creating a better work environment through a meaningful and mature learning culture. You will work with a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team to evolve the company's heritage and empower people and the organisation to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Provide administrative support on digital platforms (LMS, LXP) including extracting and analysing learner activity and producing analysis reports on ongoing learning initiatives. Curate digital content on different topics to support learning initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts from different functions, maisons and regions. Review and update vendor processes and manage administrative access to learner reports. Manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors. Provide administrative support to various L&D projects run by Group L&D with Central Functions. Lead community engagements on topics of digital platforms and learning consumption, prepare presentations. Support the team on global event organisation and community engagements. Curious and creative thinker with an academic qualification. Data-driven person with analytical mindset. Understanding or practice of Instruction Design and Adult Learning pedagogy is an asset. Previous experience with a Learning Management System or Digital learning tool. Basic planning, project management and communication skills. Organised and proactive. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is an asset. Comfortable with MS Office. Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Self-directed learner. Must have an internship agreement with your school or university. 6-month internship position with Richemont's Group Learning & Development team in Geneva.
