As a Talent Acquisition and HR Projects Intern, responsibilities are split across two main areas. In Talent Acquisition (60% of the role): manage the full recruitment cycle for Richemont's intern positions in Switzerland across support functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT; collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs; identify and source top candidates and conduct thorough pre-selection; organise and conduct interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience; provide follow-up to managers and candidates through to hiring completion. In HR Project Management (40% of the role): contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at attracting and improving the experience of young talents; actively participate in organising recruitment events with Richemont Group and targeted schools; represent Richemont at career fairs and networking events; contribute to developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner schools and universities; participate in the continuous improvement of the internship programme and Early Career Management strategy.
Currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent and seeking a 6-month internship starting July 2026. A first experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment or project management, is a plus. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office Suite). Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written. Proactive and organised, with an excellent sense of service and initiative.
